What I like best about Adobe Real-Time CDP is its ability to create a unified, real-time customer profile by combining data from multiple sources. The most helpful feature is its instant data processing, which enables timely, personalized marketing across all channels. The main upsides are improved customer engagement through personalization, efficient marketing operations, and strong data privacy controls, making it a powerful tool for delivering relevant experiences and driving business growth. What I dislike about Adobe Real-Time CDP is that it can be quite expensive, especially for smaller teams like mine. Setting it up and integrating it with other systems takes a lot of time and technical know-how, which can be frustrating. I also find that it doesn’t always play well with tools outside the Adobe ecosystem, limiting flexibility. Managing large amounts of data in real time can sometimes feel overwhelming, and some useful features require extra costs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
